“ Great food selection and best sauces for the Mongolian grill in town. With Mongolian grill, the most important ingredients in your dish are the sauces as they define the taste of your food selection. The secret is to fill your plate with ingredients first and then to top it with sauces of your selection. Here is the quick guide: 1. Stack frozen meat (beef, lamb, pork, chicken, or mix) at the bottom of your plate (push it hard to stack the max amount) 2. Add veggies and other ingredients 3. Add noodles or ramen on top of your selection 4. Top your plate with sauces. I go with 1 spoon of Fire Oil, 1 spoon garlic, 3 spoons of burgundy wine, 3 spoons of plum sauce, 2 spoons of sweet and sour sauce, spoon of sesame oil. This is a 3 out of 5 stars spicy. When cooked, add 3-4 pieces of cut tomatoes to your dish. This particular Mongolian bbq in town is the only one I am going to after trying almost all of them, even if this one is far from my house. Other places have very dull tasting sauces, and the food has barely any taste. The stuff here is super friendly, and atmosphere and entourage resemble Mongolian plains. You will find many airforce officers and airmen between the visitors of this place as there is a base not far from this place. It's one of my favorite places in town. Highly recommend. ”

“ Every time I come to Spokane/Airway Heights I try to make it to Mongolian Fry. You fill up a bowl (different sizes different prices) and they cook it on the spot! Plenty of different sauces for you to add to your bowl. They even have suggestions on what to mix if you want a certain flavor! They serve you some white rice in a small bowl at your table. The people are always friendly. They are quick on refills and the place is always clean. For me, it’s a little on the pricier side for one bowl, so if you really want to make it worth it, come with an appetite and get the all you can eat bowl. Quick note, if you fill up your bowl more than 3 inches, they will charge you an additional 3 I believe. Just do overdue it. I’ve seen a lot of people fill up over. They are pretty cool. Definitely worth checking this place out if you’re deciding on a place to eat in the area. Don’t forget your fortune cookie they give you at the end! Enjoy! ”
“ The joint was dankeshin. The atmosphere is pretty standard for this type of food, tbh. But that did not have any impact on my experience. After understanding the menu and the portions offered I quickly went to work and took advantage of the unlimited refills on the bowls. Unfortunately, the photos I had on my older camera have been lost so I can not add any visual to show off my full plates but there are plenty already on here that do the job well. ”
